Cotswold Cards and Crafts is a private company . The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Cotswold Cards and Crafts for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information; however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
All items in stock are generally despatched within 48 hours. If Cotswold Cards and Crafts has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Cotswold Cards and Crafts will inform you by email at the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your Paypal account will be re-credited to you within 14 days of the date of your order.
Your Undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Cotswold Cards and Crafts. If you proceed to order you will have the right to cancel for the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right. If you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery costs. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be returned unused.
Cotswold Cards and Crafts shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Cotswold Cards and Crafts places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use Paypal. We will never divulge to any third party any information you may supply to us.
Cotswold Cards and Crafts is not responsible for the content or reliability of any websites linked to or from its site and cannot accept liability for any damage or loss arising from reliance on such websites. Links to third party information should not be taken as endorsement of any kind.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Cotswold Cards and Crafts shall be governed by English law and you and Cotswold Cards and Crafts submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
